Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RIFT, we strive to process and deliver every order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During product launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 2–5
business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

- Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

- RIFT may offer free shipping during selected promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Cash on Delivery is available in most locations across Pakistan.

- For COD orders above PKR 20,000, RIFT reserves the right to request a partial advance payment or security deposit before dispatching the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact RIFT within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

- Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
